Targeted at health consumers aged 65 years and over, but available to all community stakeholders, education sessions can facilitate enhanced healthy ageing knowledge, which equip the community to identify, evaluate and act on age-related issues.

 

Geriatric Care Australia (GCA) is proudly working with Primary Health Networks (PHNs) across Australia to provide Healthy Ageing services. Starting in July 2023, GCA is working with Gippsland PHN and Western Sydney PHN (WentWest) to provide Healthy Ageing education events and clinical CPD teaching sessions.
