Clinical Team
Our Clinical Team brings together specialist geriatricians, general practitioners, nurse practitioners and registered nurses with expertise in the care of older Australians. Working as an integrated multidisciplinary team, we provide comprehensive care in-person and via video Telehealth. Together, we focus on maintaining independence, preventing avoidable hospitalisations, and delivering person-centred care for older people across Australia.​​
