The 'Healthy Ageing Specialist' Doctors
Geriatric Care Australia (GCA) provides access to Geriatricians termed ‘Healthy Ageing Specialist'. Geriatricians have undertaken specialist medical training through the Royal Australian College of Physicians. In partnership with a patients GP and working as part of a multidisciplinary team, Geriatricians at GCA provide holistic care to address medical, cognitive and functional issues before they impact on a person’s physical, mental and social health.
GCA delivers comprehensive, compassionate and accessible healthcare for all older Australians. Working alongside families, carers, public and private organisations, GCA strives to empower older Australians by actively promoting their health, wellbeing and independence to ensure they can continue to do the things they love.
