Tamara Searant

Tamara Searant heads up the Australian Public Affairs function for Global Fintech company Finder, where she is responsible for public policy, government relations and industry affairs. Tamara has worked in senior corporate affairs positions across the health, technology and impact focused sectors.

During her time leading the public policy team at NDIS funded Hireup, they were awarded with the Public Affairs Asia Pacific Golden Standard Award for Government Relations. Prior to working in the private sector, Tamara worked as a Senior Policy Adviser for a NSW Government Minister and held various senior roles within NSW Government Departments. Tamara is Director of the informal networking event Pub Affairs Australia and holds an Executive Masters of Public Policy from ANU.
