Dr Anthony Marinucci
Aged Care GP BBA MBBS FRACGP
Director - GCA Primary Care
Dr Marinucci is a specialist GP and generalist aged care practitioner with years of experience in the aged care sector, working actively as a clinician delivering mobile primary care medical services to aged care facilities in metropolitan Sydney. He holds the position of national chair for the The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners specific interest group in Aged Care, in which he is actively involved in advocacy and policy consultation for improving aged care standards across Australia.

Dr Gary Fisher
Aged Care GP
Dr Fisher is an experienced GP having worked for 40 years in rural and remote Australia as well as overseas. He holds fellowships with the RACGP and ACRRM. Dr Fisher embraces novel models to provide the medical care and support older adults and their families deserve. The mainstay of Dr Fisher's professional approach in Aged Care is Dignity and Comfort underpinned by a respect for individual choices. Dr Fisher recently moved back to the beautiful Mid-North Coast of NSW and enjoys long walks along the beaches with his wife and dog.

With over 15 years of nursing experience, including leadership roles in aged care and hospital settings, Jessica has been instrumental in delivering innovative care models, such as telehealth services and rapid response teams for aged care facilities. Jessica is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care while empowering community teams through collaboration.

Dr Jonathan Larach
Aged Care GP
Dr Jonathan Larach is a skilled General Practitioner and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, he is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient centred care. Dr Larach takes a holistic approach to medicine, combining evidence-based practices with a strong preventive care to enhance his patients’ overall wellbeing. He is committed to providing tailored treatments that support long-term wellness and quality of life.

Dr Mike Hale
Aged Care GP
Dr Hale is a dedicated medical professional with over a decade of experience in general practice, palliative care, & aged care. After graduating from Notre Dame Medical School in 2013, Dr Hale trained at Perth hospitals, where an interest in palliative care as an ICU doctor emerged. With extensive experience in aged care facilities, Dr Hale also works in regional Australia, providing healthcare services to Indigenous communities. Additionally, he also serves as a hospital doctor, bringing compassion and expertise to every aspect of patient care.

Nina Roberts
Nurse Practitioner
Nina Roberts is a Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years’ experience across aged care, cardiac care, stroke, rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM). She is passionate about helping older people access timely, goal-focused care that supports quality of life and healthy ageing. She holds a Master of Advanced Clinical Nursing and a Master’s in Gerontology, & is committed to building practical, team-based models that strengthen coordination between hospital, primary care and families while reducing avoidable issues.

Omar Alaaldin
Nurse Practitioner
Omar Alaaldin is a Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in residential aged care and the management of complex health conditions in older adults. He has worked across clinical leadership, education, and advanced practice roles supporting aged care services and multidisciplinary teams. Omar is passionate about improving access to timely, high-quality care for frail older adults, with particular interests in acute clinical assessment in aged care, hospital avoidance, palliative care, and medication optimisation

Dr Peter de Wet
Aged Care GP
Dr Peter de Wet obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2019. Over his medical career, Dr de Wet gained valuable experience and developed a keen interest in clinical trials, which added depth to his practice.
His interests are centred on aged care and rheumatology, where he finds fulfilment in educating and communicating with patients and their families, as well as contributing to the development of groundbreaking therapies through his research work at Sunshine Coast University.
