Dr Urmi Jethwani is a specialist geriatrician dedicated to supporting older adults to live well, safely, and as independently as possible. She provides comprehensive assessment and management for a wide range of age-related health concerns, with particular interests in dementia, falls, frailty, medication optimisation, and comprehensive geriatric assessment.

Dr Jethwani takes a patient-centred approach, recognising that each person’s health goals, supports, and priorities are different.
