Meet The Support Team

The Geriatric Care Australia Support Team have deep expertise in medical administration and help facilitate the non-clinical care processes that enable geriatricians to provide services at the right place at the right time. This includes working directly with patients, family, carers and/or care facilities so GCA geriatricians can provide their comprehensive reviews in-person or via telehealth.

Matthew Armstrong

Care Coordinator

Matt has 5 years of healthcare experience primarily in medical centre operations. Matt has a deep understanding of the GCA patient cohort and partners. Matt leads the telehealth operations side of GCA.

Margaret Phu

Care Coordinator

Margaret has medical admin experience within day-surgeries. She also has a unique sales background in high-end jewelry. Margaret has a degree in public health and passion for supporting older Australians.

Dr Desmond Graham

Lead Geriatrician & Medical Manager

Dr Graham is passionate about educating and empowering the community about how to remain active and independent as we age, he has over 15 years of medical training and experience, including nursing and a consultant geriatrician

Sara McKay

Operations Manager

Sara has over 20 years of medical centre experience across specialists, GPs and allied health, most recently as a Practice Manager for some of the largest medical centres on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
